At JanaTrupti, we take pride in delivering high-quality, farm-fresh products to your doorstep. To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. We request customers to check their orders upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

• If the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
• If the order is not delivered within the promised time frame due to an issue from our side.

How to Request a Refund?

1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
3. Our team will review the request and initiate a refund if eligible.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
