  • Metro Cities: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
  • Non-Metro Cities and Rural Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 .
  • Remote Locations: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3  delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
• Signature Requirement: For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup.
